Since the production of grade PE 100 water pipes, its instability has existed for a long time. With the constant adjustment and use of domestic PE 100 grade raw materials, with the continuous increase of water pipe production, the problem of unqualified elongation at break is more obvious. The unqualified phenomena are mainly as follows: 1. Sampling elongation at break at different locations of the same pipe, the value of the results vary greatly, from 700% to 800% for large and from 100% for small. 2. The results of the overall elongation at break are not high, swaying between 300% and 400%, resulting in unqualified.

Analysis: This problem needs to be paid attention to, the adjustment of process can not be too arbitrary, especially the processing temperature must be adjusted within a certain range.
